The Process of Learning German - by Tze-Ting Chao!

I've had a ridiculously hectic month, so Tze -- the Dutch-Chinese author (living in Frankfurt) of the awesome Meh Blog -- is helping me out with a guest comic! Thanks Tze! She has also recently taken the brave step of leaving her 9-to-5 job to pursue comics, and you can support her on her Patreon website!

The hecticness is over so I'll resume comics tomorrow.

  1. Welcome back! Hello Tze-Ting Chao. You're experience closely resembles Noz. I'm always impressed when someone can learn a new language.

    1. Hey! I think Nozomi had a harder time because I only had to hop from Dutch to German (they're similar! Don't deny it!). ;)

  2. I can't imagine what it would feel like to learn a new language. I'm sure converting everything in your mind and making sure it's grammatically correct can be stressful.

I'll definitely check out Tze-Ting's page!

    1. It's pretty funny (and confusing) when you realise you've writing a shopping list in several languages at the same time. :D Thanks for checking out my site!

  3. Can you tell me what it's like to live in Germany? Because I heard that they offer free tuition to American students and if that's the case, then I need to start learning German. xD
