There's this thing called the Aufguss in German saunas (and probably elsewhere too) where once an hour or so someone called the "Saunameister" comes in and ceremoniously pours water over the hot stones and circulates the hot air by swinging a towel inside the sauna. It lasts about 10 minutes and the temperature rises really quickly and it gets REALLY hot in the room. But it was one of the hottest Aufguss I've experienced and I really had to get the heck out of there asap.
Then it is too damn hot!
ReplyDeleteThat was also when I got out of the sauna!
DeleteI don't ever recall being in a sauna THAT hot.
