Woke myself (and G) up a couple of times last night from my own sleep laughing. I also caught myself sleep bawling (and woke up the next morning with puffy eyes) a few nights ago. What's wrong with me?
Really! It could be! And it's also one of those things you don't really notice until someone sleeping near you hears it and tells you about it. OH and I'd forgotten to put in my night guard that night....so maybe I'm actually a crazy sleep talker.
Is sleep talking perhaps a cartoonist thing? My sister tells me I'm always saying something in my sleep when I'm at my parents' house.
