You are right about delegation, but only if the people you delegate this to are trustworthy, and many timnes you won't know until it's too late. I thought I could do it all until I missed one ACA factor..which required 77 examples to verify it. It took four nights from 1630 until 0200 to get it straight. From then on I got as many people as I was allowed to put the whole damn thing together. Much better and my team was able to take it right over when I retired.
Exactly, by the time I realized I needed help, I was so deep into this mess that it was difficult to start explaining everything to someone else. It was difficult to tell how big a responsibility it was going to be in the beginning. Like you said, I have to learn how to delegate and ask for help...lots of lessons to take away from this nightmare.
It´ll pass, in the meantime close your eyes and go through it, with some vodkas in the way (mojitos also help)Take care and hope all goes well!
Thanks!! Mojito sounds divine...am definitely going to treat myself to one (or two) when it's over! :)
