間 and Spaces

Spending a good part of the day doing my German homework and some other work that needs to be taken care of. Unfortunately not much cartoon-drawing, so I thought I'd share the flip book I made as a part of my uni application.

Woo hooey! And it's back to work.

  1. Aw, that's so cute! And now I understand the background. What a lovely idea! :3
You might like using Flipnote (I got it on the DSi), a free software for making digital flipbooks. Though for the assignment an actual book is obviously nicer.
What kind of book did you use? I still prefer drawing by hand over using digital stuff... despite having a Wacom and all that.

  2. Thanks! And what, FREE digital flipbook software for the DS? That's awesome; I'll definitely check it out. I used a pretty regular blank hardcover (though in retrospect, paperback would have been better) notebook. It's astounding how much longer it actually takes than you'd think! I think it was nearly 200 pages? I forget. But yes...I may try making another one some other time! :D

  3. i couldn't help noticing that the color of the nails match the cover of the flipbook. it's cool and freaky at the same time

  4. Oh yeah, you're right. Now that you mention it, it's slightly distracting. haha.
