It was so pretty! I think I'll also give it a try the next time I make sushi! We had to put in quite a bit to get the bright color though -- something like half a liter for 900g of rice (plus some more water)!
Hmm...half a liter is...about 16 ounces. Now, 900 grams is ...uhh...about 7 and a half cups. Yup, metric is a lot easier.
