My Parents and Tattoos

  1. What about 3: out it somewhere your parents will never find out about it?

Also: am I seriously banned from spas in Japan? or is there one especially for punks and yakuza (which sounds a bit fun to be honest)?

  2. i got it at places that I can't see. it bugs me less later. if you see your tattoo everyday, it will end up annoying you (I think). I guess I wouldn't get tattoos anymore now. I was young and foolish then.

  3. C: A lot (or most) public baths, pools, and gyms have a no-tattoo rule, but I'm sure there are some exceptions. I mean, if you're only going there once, chances are, you'll get away with it. Even more so if you aren't Japanese, probably!

    M: It's the whiskers maybe?

I: Yeah, that's probably why I'd probably get one where I couldn't see it (ie. my skull) if I were ever to get one. I think it gets harder to get a tattoo as you get older because you tend to overthink things. Then again, I guess it's better than having a Looney Tunes character on your arm as a 60 year-old. Or anything from ugliestattoos.com.
